History

This is my second composition, it originated as a composition exercise based on the works of Gyorgy Ligeti (specifically, Musica Ricercata).  Though I don’t pretend to be nearly as good, it holds its own.

Licensing

This work is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution/Noncommercial  licence.  (This work is slightly less restricted than my concert band work, because it’s less complex and I’m not as concerned about it.)

As with all of my works, I welcome and encourage schools, educational institutions, and others to use, perform, and even modify my works as long as your use is within what is allowed by the license.

If you wish to perform the work in situations not covered by the license, please contact me.

While this is not a part of the license, if you do perform the work, I would greatly appreciate a recording, and if possible, an invitation to the performance.

Finale .musx files available, contact me for details, licensing, and pricing.  Musescore files (which are not guaranteed to be updated as frequently as the finale files are updated) are available here.

This is a living work, and will be updated as needed.

Thanks to my composition teacher Emiliano Ortiz for his advice and assistance.
